Consent to collection and use of personal information
DaolSoft, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in collecting and using customers' personal information for facilitating customer's use of apps and providing better services, is obtaining consent to collection and use of personal information as follows, according to applicable laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc., and the Personal Information Protection
(1) The Company may collect personal information as below.
- Customer name, e-mail address, phone number (mobile phone or wire telephone)
(2) The Company may collect personal information as below additionally, when a customer joins as a member of DaolSoft, Co., Ltd.
- Device information (model name, type and version of OS, etc.)
The purpose of the Company to collect and use personal information is as follows.
(1) Execution of service delivery agreements
To maintain records of content delivery and content use, verify identifications, and provide auto login feature for customers' convenience
(2) Customer management and prevention of illegal use
To maintain records of use for customer service, block use of illegal duplicates and prevent illegal use, send notifications, maintain records of connection, and manage customer affairs such as taking up of complaints
(3) Creation of use statistics for development of new services and utilization of marketing and advertisement
To use statistical services for development of new services, marketing, and advertisement display; to hold events and provide opportunities to participate
The Company will destroy personal information as soon as the purpose of use of personal information collected is achieved. However, personal information related to the records that need to be retained by applicable laws as below, will be destroyed after retained for the period specified by applicable laws.
(1) Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.
- Records of agreements and withdrawal of applications: 5 years
- Records of payment, money and properties, etc.: 5 years
- Records of customer complaints and dispute settlement: 3 years
(2) Protection of Communications Secrets Act
- Records of verification of communication: 3 months
